Remakes, a standard word nowadays, a common thing, to see one or hear about one is as natural as breathing.
While they have existed many many years ago, they were small and uncommon, a remake occurred once in a blue moon, sometimes good, sometimes bad, sometimes misunderstood, scorned by the public and critics but later are seen as underrated masterpieces
It's in this day and age that their number has greatly increased, courtesy of Hollywood's “playing-it-safe” attitude.
To hear the word “Remake” in the 70s or 80s would most likely trigger a biased reaction, nowadays, the word “Remake” sparks nothing more than fear, anger and dread into the hearts of movie goers, especially the devoted fans of the original. Those poor devotees that sit down and endure the dross that insults, tarnishes and destroys the name of the original would no doubt send them into a fury and create a instinctive loathing for the nex

The Shinigami's face grew red as he drew Liz and Patty once again and unleashed a flurry of attacks on Black*Star. "Soul has been our friend for years now at this academy! As a result of your blunder, his soul may be lost forever to the Demon Gods!"

Kid casually walked over to the comb and reluctantly yet quickly styled his hair to its former glory. Ash shook his head at the sudden change in demeanor. Ignoring the scrap, Lord Death moved to Ash. "I have told you all I know. Unfortunately, I can never leave this city as my soul bound to it and I do not believe the deadites have wandered within range. However, my son is a powerful Shinigami as well. I suggest he aid you on your journey, as I was about to before our interruption."
